Chocolate Truffles "Guilt Free"

INGREDIENTS

 

  • ½ cup of Torfellini chocolate cream

  • 1 kg of natural almond oil (or peanut butter)

  • ¼ cup of a skimmed yogurt

  • ⅓ a cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

STEP 1
Heat chocolate in a microwave or water bath

STEP 2
Add the hot chocolate to the almond oil and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained

STEP 3
Add the skimmed yogurt, stir well and a cool for about 15 minutes until it begins to harden

STEP 4
Shape the truffles with a spoon and dip them into the unsweetened cocoa powder

STEP 5
Cool until ready to serve

Torfellini Chocolate ice cream

INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking Spray for Pan

  • 400 g Sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 jar of Torfellini chocolate cream

  • 2 tsp. cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp. coconut oil

  • Sea salt for sprinkling

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and the chocolate cream Torfellini.

Step 2
Put the ready mixture in a microwave oven for 20 seconds, then mix well.

Step 4
Add the cocoa powder and coconut oil and stir again until the mixture becomes smooth.

Step 5
Pour the mixture into cups, sprinkle with sea salt and put them in the freezer for one hour. It only remains to serve.

Chocolate biscuits with Torfellini

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ desalted butter

  • ¾ cup of brown sugar

  • ¾ cup of white granulated sugar

  • 1 glass of Torfellini

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups + 2 tablespoons flour

  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa

  • ½ teaspoon of bread soda

  • ½ teaspoon of salt

  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

  • ½ cup of crushed hazelnuts

 

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350°C. Beat the butter with a mixer within 3 minutes. Add the brown sugar, white sugar, the chocolate cream Torfellini and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

STEP 2
Add the eggs one by one, stirring about 30 seconds after each egg. Add vanilla extract and mix for 10 seconds.

STEP 3
Mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a separate container using a sieve. Add to the egg mixture and stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

STEP 4
Add the chocolate pieces and hazelnuts and cool for 10 minutes.

STEP 5
Use a spoon to make biscuits and place them on baking paper. Bake at 350°C for 10-12 min.

STEP 6
After taking the biscuits out of the oven, let them cool for 1-2 minutes before moving them to a proper bowl.

Brownie with walnuts and Torfellini

INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cups of flour

  • 1 cup of brown sugar

  • 1 cup of granulated white sugar

  • ¾ cups unsweetened cocoa

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

  • 1 cup of dark chocolate Torfellini

  • ⅓ a glass of skimmed milk

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 2 eggs size L

  • ½ cup of crushed walnuts

 

INSTRUCTIONS


STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350°C

STEP 2
Throw a flat spoon of flour into a dry measuring cup, using a knife. Combine the flour with the other 5 dry ingredients in a large bowl.

STEP 3
Mix 1/2 cup of chocolate with milk and warm for 1 minute in a microwave oven. Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds.

In another bowl, beat the butter,
STEP 4

and eggs. Add to them the dry and milky mixtures, 1/2 cup of the chocolate cream and 1/4 cup nuts to mix everything in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
STEP 5
Pour the mixture into a baking pan. Sprinkle with the remaining ¼ crushed walnuts. Bake at 350°C for 22 minutes until the liquid center comes to the surface in the form of crumbs. Cool and cut delicious chocolate brownies.
